Mental Health Week (now with links)

Please attend the following events during NT’s Mental Health Awareness Week (May 1-7):

  • Our Stressbuster sessions happening May 1st – Kung Fu, Zumba or Yoga
  • Our Anti-Stigma Forum taking place May 4 at lunch in the auditorium.Here you will learn about mental health & hear stories of hope & recovery from youth who’ve dealt with mental health issues
  • Our Find Your Way to Wellness Workshops happening in various locations May 5 at lunch on topics such as Healthy Baking (staff room), Slam Poetry (rm 217), Managing Your Test Anxiety (rm 224) & an Arts Café (TBA). No need to sign up. Just show up.
  • Our Feel Good Jam in the courtyard next Thursday, May 7th – bring guitars, rhythm instruments to our giant jam session to sing your worries away. Tell Jeremy Fox-Revett if you want to lead a song…
  • Our #WheelofWellness whole school photo. Friday, May 8th.  Postponed until the fall
  • We’re also going to cap off your week with a giveaway of free chocolate goodies on Friday at lunch.
