Backups
"Backup refers to the copying of physical or virtual files or databases to a secondary site for preservation in case of
equipment failure or other catastrophe." (4). Backing up your computer or any software is very smart to do. If a malicious program
is ever being executed then a backup may be your only way of retrieving most of your information with everything except
the malware. Apple OSX automatically has a backup program called TimeMachine. However every other operating
system has a downloadable program found online to backup data safely (4).
