You will be asked to enter your name and mailing information, your email address, some directional details about the donation you are making and your credit card information. All information entered is strictly confidential.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #b50b0b;\">(<a href=\"#Index\">Return to index<\/a>)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><a name=\"Q30\"><\/a><strong><i>How is the donor information used?<\/i><\/strong><br \/>\nOnce a donation is made, the donor information (less credit card information) is available only to the NTCI Foundation, unless anonymity is requested on the donation form. CanadaHelps.org does not sell or trade donor information.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #b50b0b;\">(<a href=\"#Index\">Return to index<\/a>)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><a name=\"Q40\"><\/a><b><i>How do I get a tax receipt?<\/i><\/b><br \/>\nThe Canadian Customs and Revenue Agency has approved the use of electronic tax receipts. Within minutes of making a donation, you will receive an electronic tax receipt mailed to the email address you provided in the donation process. You can save and print this receipt at any time to use for income tax purposes. Because CanadaHelps.org is a charity (Charitable Business Number 896568417RR0001), you will be receipted for your donation by CanadaHelps.org. Once the donation is processed, the funds are directed to the NTCI Foundation bank account.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #b50b0b;\">(<a href=\"#Index\">Return to index<\/a>)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><a name=\"Q50\"><\/a><strong><i>Can donors make an anonymous donation?<\/i><\/strong><br \/>\nYes. All information is securely protected behind multiple security measures. CanadaHelps.org has worked<br \/>\nextensively with a number of major technology companies and online security experts to ensure that the site not only meets security requirements, but far exceeds them. Secure Socket Layers (SSL) are used to encrypt all information before sending it to our servers.
