1. List and explain three ways cyberbullying can be illegal?

One way Cyberbullying can be illegal is by criminal harassment this can include repeated harassment online, with texts, phone calls, and/or emails causing the other person to fear for their safety. Another way cyberbullying is illegal is by assault which can be threats or acts of non-consensual force, violence, bodily harm, or destruction of personal property. Lastly, another way cyberbullying is illegal is by damages which includes when the cyberbully affects the victim both mentally and physically and the parents and family can sue for damages.(please note answers can vary this is one example)

2. Why is downloading music and files illegally seen to be unethical?

Downloading music and files illegally can be seen as very unethical for the main reason of the economic loss for the music industry (producers, singers, writers). In 2010 a reported $1.2 billion songs were illegally downloaded which is worth about $1 billion, this $1 billion can have have a enormous impact on someone's career and financial situation.

3. If downloading music and files illegally is illegal why are most people not charged and or arrested?

As a result of over billions of songs being downloaded annually the users that illegally download is increasing dramatically everyday so if one person gets charged they can argue selective prosecution if the other billion users do not get charged.
