What is TED?
TED is a non-profit organization dedicated to “Ideas Worth Spreading” that fall under the themes of technology, education, and design. The medium for these ideas are generally through profoundly powerful speeches. The speeches themselves range in length, with a maximum length of around 18 minutes.

What is TEDx?
TEDx are events affiliated with TED, in line with their mission of “Ideas Worth Spreading.” These events are for individuals who take the initiative to independently organized TED event. This TEDx event aims to promote creativity and higher level thinking among audience members.

Where and When Will TEDxYouth@NTCI take place in 2016?
TEDxYouth@NTCI will take place on April 29th, 2016 at North Toronto Collegiate Institute.

If TEDx is linked to a non-profit organization, why is there an entrance fee?
The entrance fee to TEDxYouth@NTCI is necessary to cover the organizational fees of the project. No profit will be produced from this event.
