Important Year End Information

It is hard to believe we are at the end of the school year! Please note the following:

  1. Students may review their exams with teachers on Monday, June 27th 8:45-9:45 a.m. This will be the only opportunity to do this.
  2. Students can find out their final marks at 1:00 p.m. with their home form teachers on Tuesday, June 28th. If summer school is recommended, sign-up will occur that afternoon between 1-2:30 p.m.
  3. Many textbooks are still outstanding. Some cost up to $120 each! Please ensure that your student has returned all texts, library books and athletic uniforms to the school.
  4. All student lockers MUST be vacated in order to clean them out properly over the summer. Please ensure your student has removed the lock and all belongings NO LATER THAN the afternoon of Tuesday, June 28th. As of the morning of Wednesday, June 29th, locks will be cut off and all contents removed.
  5. The postal strike at this point has created some uncertainties. Regarding REPORT CARD distribution, we will do the following:
  • a brief window of opportunity will be made available for parents or students to pick up their report card package from the school ONLY from 9-11 a.m. on Monday, July 4th. Please ensure your student has their student card or other form of ID and if you pick it up, you have some form of ID.
  • any remaining report card packages will be mailed out when postal services are again available.

Please let us know if you have any questions. Best wishes for a safe and happy summer.

Joel Gorenkoff
